The petitioner has approached this Court as he was disturbed from running his hotel as the miscreants were trying to grab his property. To that effect, the petitioner informed the local police station, but no steps were taken.

If till date, the situation so persists, the petitioner would file a fresh representation before the police authorities. The police authorities would consider the same and take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 22183 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
