The supplementary affidavit filed by the applicant is taken on record.

It has been submitted by the learned Advocate appearing in support of the contempt application that pursuant to the hearing held on January 6, 2023 in terms of the order dated May 19, 2022, the applicant was required to comply with certain requirements as indicated in the order dated January 6, 2023. He further submits that the applicant has also submitted a written undertaking before the authority to comply with the said requirements as indicated in the order passed by the authority.

Since the order dated May 19, 2022 has been complied with, the contempt application is disposed of accordingly.

There shall be no order as to costs.
