This writ petition was disposed of on 24th December, 2020.

Subsequently the matter was mentioned by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner for correction in the said order.

The first line of the order dated 24th December, 2020 is corrected hereby in the following manner. It has been submitted by the petitioner that the nominee of the deceased Sauravi Baskey that is Soumen Hembram has opened an account in the United Bank of India bearing Account No.0166010562508. The original Account No. of Sauravi Baskey is 0166010529396.

The order dated 24th December, 2020 is modified accordingly. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary correction at once.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon completion of usual legal formalities.
