Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits he is the de facto complainant in a case which involves penetrative sexual assault on a minor. It is submitted the trial is not proceeding expeditiously. Ordersheet shows witness warrant was issued against a police officer.

Ms. Gaur, learned Counsel is directed to appear on behalf of the State. Copy of the petition be served upon her. Learned Public Prosecutor is directed to regularize her appointment.

I have considered the materials on record. Matter is pending for more than six years.

Under such circumstances I direct the trial court to examine remaining witnesses by fixing schedules at short intervals and complete the trial at an early date bearing in mind the statutory mandate under Section 35(2) of the POCSO Act.

With this direction, the revisional application is disposed of.
