2. Let the matter be listed on March 27, 2025 under the same heading.

3. It further reveals that CAN 3 of 2024 has already been disposed of by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court on March 8, 2024.

4. In view of such, department is directed not to show pendency of CAN 3 of 2024 during subsequent listing of this case.
