Mondal Mr. Debabrata Mondal .....For the Petitioner After some argument when it was pointed out that the writ petition is a vague one and is bereft of necessary particulars the learned advocate for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to make a comprehensive representation before the authorities. On the basis of such submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed and comprehensive representation before the concerned authority. If such representation is made, the authority shall consider the same and take steps in accordance with law.
