Petitioner renew his prayer for bail. He submits he is in custody for 294 days.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner had administered poison to his wife. As a result, she died. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
