The permission has been granted by the local Panchayat and other authorities.

If the permission still exists, in that case, it would be the duty either of the police authorities or the private respondents to get the permission first cancelled or, in the alternative, the police authorities will ensure that the petitioner is not resisted from any installation of Tower at the place where permission has been granted.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21397 of 2025 is disposed of.
