Perused the case diary.

Considering the materials available in the case diary including the injury report that shows depressed fracture in the right side of the scalp of a victim and the fact that on 28.07.2025 a proclamation order was executed against the present petitioners, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
