Mr. Madhusudan Sur Mr. Dipankar Pramanick ......for the State The petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Sur, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment should be regularized by the concerned authority.

The petitioners submit that subsequent to the case being registered and charge-sheet being submitted, marriage took place between the accused and the victim. Having regard to the change which has bearing on the society, I direct that in case charge has not been framed by the learned special Court, the learned special Court would frame charges on the next date so fixed or within a week thereafter. In case the evidence has already commenced and the victim's evidence is yet to be completed, learned Trial Court will test the veracity of the evidence of victim regarding the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner before this Court. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court after the examination-in-chief and cross-examination of the victim is over.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3543 of 2022 is disposed of.
