The petitioner is aggrieved by the investigation into the FIR being Contai Police Station Case No.150/22 dated 20th April, 2022.

Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 12th April, 2023 issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, Contai Police Station addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that the investigation into the aforesaid case has been completed and charge sheet No.337/22 dated 31st August, 2022 under Sections 420, 34 of the IPC has been filed.

Let a copy of the report be made available to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the Contai Police.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
