1. Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

2. None appears on behalf of the opposite party in spite of service.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has prayed for restoration of the revisional application which was dismissed for non-representation on behalf of the petitioner.

4. It is submitted that at the relevant point of time the learned counsel for the petitioner was engaged in a Coordinate Bench of this Court and could not appear when the matter was called for hearing.

5. Considering all facts and circumstances as well as explanations delineated in the application itself, the prayer for restoration stands allowed.

6. The revisional application being CRR 3672 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number.

7. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.

8. Petitioner is directed to serve a fresh notice upon the opposite party through speed post with A/D and to file affidavit of service on the returnable date.

9. Let the matter appear on 12th November, 2025.
