The writ petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Nimta Police Station. The petitioner is a successful purchaser of an auction of a house property conducted by the Punjab National Bank. The bank handed over possession and conveyed the property to the petitioner.

The writ petitioner claims that while he was effecting repair on the property, the private respondents agents of the original borrower, have forcefully evicted him from the property-in-question and have taken possession thereof.

Nimta Police Station has registered FIR No. 199 of dated 24.03.2020 under Sections 448/323/354/354A/506/34 of the IPC.

Repeated requests to the petitioner to participate in the investigation have not yielded any result. The Police,

therefore, completed investigation and filed a final report without Charge Sheet No. 49 of 2021 dated 28.01.2021. Given the conduct of the petitioner, this Court is unable to grant any relief to him.

The petitioner may take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
