This matter has been filed by four petitioners and full court fees have been paid against entry no. GRN 192022230124500918 dated 19.09.2022.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has submitted that this matter is similar to another matter decided by this court being WPA 5505 of 2022 (Soham Roy Choudhury & Ors. Vs. the State of West Bengal & Ors) and the petitioner has submitted that he is a trained candidate of 2014 whereas untrained candidates were given appointments in the selection process of 2016 and therefore, he should also be given appointment. This matter is fully similar to the said matter being WPA 5505 of 2022.

I direct the West Bengal Board of Primary

Education to recommend the petitioner and I make the same observation and direction as was given in the said matter being WPA 5505 of 2022.

With this observation, this writ petition is allowed.
