The officials of the Kolkata Leather Complex (K.L.C.) Police Station in general and Sub-Inspector Sabitabrata Chatterjee, Kolkata Leather Complex (K.L.C.) Police Station are hereby warned against any such conduct in future.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime), Kolkata Police for information.

The personal presence of Prasanta Bhowmick, Officer-in-Charge, Kolkata Leather Complex (K.L.C.) Police Station and Sub-Inspector Sabitabrata Chatterjee, Kolkata Leather Complex (K.L.C.) Police Station is dispensed with.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
