By an order dated 07.10.2024, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court was pleased to observe that the pendency of the writ petition will not create any impediment to the private respondents to take steps in accordance with law.

Be that as it may, I have checked the records of the case which reflect a communication made to the Officer-in-Charge, Tapan Police Station, Dakshin Dinajpur.

Having considered the time period which has passed, I am of the opinion that if the inconvenience of the petitioners continue, a fresh representation be submitted to the Officer-in-Charge, Tapan Police Station who would take steps in accordance with law. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 21803 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
