1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody for eight months. Actually he had physical relation with the victim, who was a married lady and she consumed poison due to reason as his husband knew the fact.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are sufficient materials on record. Seven witnesses have already been examined. He produced the case diary.

4. I have considered the materials on record and find that there are sufficient incriminating materials collected against the accused including nude photographs during investigation.

5. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court is not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. The Trial court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

7. Accordingly, the application for bail is, thus, rejected.

8. The application for bail being C.R.M. (M) 1618 of 2025 stands disposed of.
