Warrant of arrest was issued by the Consumer Court. Consumer Court is not a Criminal Court and the warrant cannot be assailed in a petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India in criminal jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

Certified copy of the order be returned to the petitioner after the same is replaced with a photocopy of the said order. 4.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
