1. All the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this application are present.

2. This instant application has been filed with a prayer for restoration of the revisional application being CRR 3686 of 2024 which was dismissed for default on 10.07.2025 for non-appearance of the petitioners.

3. Petitioner appearing in person submits that advocate-onrecord was engaged in another bench, therefore he could not appear on call.

4. It is further submitted the explanation has been delineated in paragraph 4 of the application.

5. The revisional application was dismissed for default on 10.07.2025 and the instant application, being CRAN 3 of 2025 was filed on 14.07.2025.

6. Considering all facts and circumstances, the prayer for restoration stands allowed.

7. The revisional application being CRR 3686 of 2024 be restored to its original file and number.

8. Accordingly, CRAN 3 of 2025 stands disposed of. In Re: CRAN 4 of 2025

9. Petitioner appearing in person has prayed for withdrawal of the instant application being CRAN 4 of 2025 and seeks liberty to file afresh.
