Case No.1038 of 2019 pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Chandannagar, Hooghly. It is submitted that the next date of hearing is fixed on 14.04.2026 for charge hearing. Since the prayer made by the petitioners is innocuous and if it is allowed in terms of the prayer, the opposite party will have no cause to prejudice and, as such, service of copy of application upon the opposite party is dispensed with. Having heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and that the prayer made by the petitioners is justified, the instant application being CRR 4007 of 2025 is hereby disposed of with a direction to the Court below, namely, Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Chandannagar, Hooghly or the Court who is in charge of the said Court shall make charge hearing on the date fixed, i,e,, on 14.04.2026 or within a period of two weeks thereafter.
