It appears from the said report that though the formal memo of approval has not yet been issued but the alleged contemnor under his Memo bearing no. 177/Law dated May 03, 2024 has accorded approval to Ms. Surinder Kapoor, the applicant as the Headmistress of the Central Model School (HS), Circus Avenue, Kolkata-700017. In view of such compliance, CPAN 1183 of 2023 is disposed of without any orders as to costs.
