The cause of action and nature of relief asked for in this writ petition appears to be purely civil in nature and as such this Court is not inclined to invoke its constitutional writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 21199 of 2023 is dismissed.

However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be bar on the part of the petitioner to avail any remedy available to him under the law.
