1. Challenging, inter alia, the charge sheet dated 12th April 2012, the present writ application has been filed.

2. Mr. Kundu, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present proceeding, a final order of dismissal has already been passed. He submits that in view thereof, the writ application has become infructuous.

3. Having regard to the aforesaid, since a final order has already been passed, I am of the view that the present writ application can be disposed of and is accordingly disposed of without any further order.

4. Disposal of the aforesaid writ application, however, shall not prevent the writ petitioner from challenging the order of dismissal in accordance with law, if so advised. (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
