It is submitted that in paragraph no. 2 in the 4th and 5th lines instead of "Executive Engineer" the word shall be read as "Executive Officer" and in the 8th line the date is to be read as "September 28, 2021" instead of "September 20, 2021" and in paragraph no. 4 line no. 2 which shall be read as "respondent no. 8" instead of "respondent no. 5" and in the paragraph no. 5 the word "Executive Engineer" is to be read as "Executive Officer".

3. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Perused the record the paragraph no. 2 the word "Executive Engineer" shall be read as "Executive Officer" and the date shall be read as "September 28, 2021" instead of "September 20, 2021", paragraph no. 4 it should be read as "respondent no. 8" instead of "respondent no. 5" and paragraph no. 5 the word "Executive Engineer" shall be read as "Executive Officer".

5. This order shall be treated as the part of the order dated 22.01.2026.
