1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the instant writ petition has become infructuous in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench on 2nd April, 2025 in FMA 195 of 2025 with CAN 1 of 2024 & CAN 2 of 2024 in the matter of Soni Bagchi versus Farida Bibi.

2. Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as 'infructuous'.
