1. This matter has been placed in the list at the WEDNESDAY Court : CB-07 Item : DL-02 Bench : SINGLE Matter : WPA Status : CORRECTION ID : 266057 AR : NANDY instance of Mr. Sk. Md. Galib, learned Advocate representing the State since certain typographical errors crept in the order dated 08.07.2025.

2. Mr. Galib has rightly pointed out that in the last line of the internal page no. 9 of the said order, the words "Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner, Government of West Bengal" has been wrongly recorded instead of "District Rehabilitation Officer (DRO), R.R. & R.

Department, South 24-Parganas".

3. And in the sixth line of internal page no. 10 of that order the word 'Commissioner' shall be replaced with "District Rehabilitation Officer".

4. Office is directed to make necessary correction accordingly.

5. Other portion of said order shall remain unaltered.

6. This order should read in conjunction with the order dated 08.07.2025.
