1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Mat Suit No. 207 of 2019 pending before the learned Court of Additional District Judge, Chandannagar, Hooghly.

2. Considering the nature of the prayer, I find no reason to ask the petitioner to serve notice. The service of notice stands dispensed with.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has already been examined and date has been fixed for examination of witness on behalf the opposite party/husband.

4. Considering the pendency of this suit and also the stage of proceeding, learned Court of Additional District Judge, Chandannagar, Hooghly is requested to dispose of the Mat Suit No. 207 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible without giving

any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, as per law envisaged in Section 21B of the Hindu Marriage Act.

5. With this observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
