As the petitioner is aggrieved by the order of interim bail being granted by the learned ACJM, Bidhannagar in its order dated 10th July, 2023 and it has been brought to the notice of this court that the case was registered for investigation under Sections 406/420/467/468/471/120B/506 IPC. Learned advocate for the petitioner prays for leave to file an application for cancellation of bail before the Division Bench. .

Accordingly, the revisional application being 3308 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn. Petitioner is at liberty to prefer an application as prayed for.

Certified copy be returned by the Department to the learned advocate on record of the respective parties on the same being replaced by a Photostat copy.

kept with the record.
