1. An affidavit of compliance has been filed annexing the copy of the order passed by the Pujali Municipality signed by the Chairperson on 18th August, 2025.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the same.

3. The correctness and validity of the said order cannot be adjudicated in the contempt proceeding. It will be open for the petitioner to challenge the order before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if so advised.

4. In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt application any further. The contempt application stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
