Petitioner complains that warrant of arrest issued, till date has not been executed in connection with Complaint Case No. 137 of 2023. In view of the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner and till date the concerned officer of Uttarpara Police Station unable to execute the warrant of arrest, I direct the Deputy Commissioner of Police in-charge of Uttarpara Police Station will monitor the same and take a fortnightly report from the Inspector-in-Charge, Uttarpara Police Station till the warrant of arrest is executed.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 21421 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
