Smt. Dipali Sarkar shall reach the daughter to Mr. Ghosh's chambers on every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 5 p.m. The meeting of the father and the daughter shall be between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The wife shall not be present during the meeting, but she will be in a separate room. She will not interfere during such meeting between the father and the daughter.

As this court has now put the responsibility upon Mr. Ghosh, the court reposes full faith that the meeting between the father and the daughter shall be peaceful and enjoyable.
