Dipali Sarkar Mr. Jayanta Narayan Chatterjee Mr. Debashis Banerjee Mr. Supreem Naskar Ms. Jayashree Patra Ms. Sreeparna Ghosh ... for the petitioner Mr. Amitabha Ghosh Ms. Nabanita Chatterjee ... for the respondent The contempt application is disposed of with direction that the petitioner will meet his daughter at the chambers of Mr. Amitabha Ghosh, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor, who has kindly consented to allow such meeting. Smt. Dipali Sarkar shall reach the daughter to Mr. Ghosh's chambers on every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month at 5 p.m. The meeting of the father and the daughter shall be between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The wife shall not be present during the meeting, but she will be in a separate room. She will not interfere during such meeting between the father and the daughter.

As this court has now put the responsibility upon Mr. Ghosh, the court reposes full faith that the meeting between the father and the daughter shall be peaceful and enjoyable.
