Uncontroverted allegations in the impugned criminal proceeding disclose petitioner had taken a bank loan on the strength of forged documents.

Given these circumstances, I am of the considered opinion no case for quashing is made out.

Proceeding is pending since 2010. Prayer for discharge has been made before the Magistrate, I request the learned Magistrate to consider the prayer for discharge at the earliest preferably within three months from the date of communication of this order without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

With this observation, the revision petition is disposed of. 5.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
