By the order dated 6th May, 2023 the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 34d Court, Tamluk, district-Purba Medinipur disposed of the application for pre-emption filed under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms Act, 1955. Such order being an appealable order, the instant application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable. In view thereof, CO 3046 of 2023 is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

Urgent certified Photostat copy of this order, if applied for by the learned advocates for the parties, upon compliance of all formalities.

Liberty is given to the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the order impugned by replacing the same with the photocopy thereof.
