An order under Section 14(1) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, 'SARFAESI Act, 2002") has been assailed in the present application.

In view of the provision laid down under Section 17 of the Act, the application is not maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks a week's time to approach the appropriate forum for redressal. On the prayer of the petitioners, liberty is granted to withdraw the application and take necessary steps before the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance. CRR No. 3698 of 2024 along with CRAN No. 1 of 2024 is dismissed as not maintainable.
