Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of the victim and other witnesses and the injury report that shows cut injury deep up to muscle layer over left forearm approximately 4-5 inch and abrasion caused by pouring of hot oil, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
