The petitioner is a para teacher at Ariadaha Kalachand High School (H.S), Kolkata.

The petitioner is praying that he may be allowed to leave the school early to take care of his 90% hearing impaired daughter.

In view of the nature of engagement of the petitioner, particularly in the absence of any Rule/ Government Order, the prayer of the petitioner cannot be entertained.

W.P.A. 21212 of 2023 is dismissed with the above terms without any order as to costs.
