Mukherjee, ... for the opposite party no. 1 This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, 1st Court, Junior Division at Barasat to dispose of an application under Order 7 Rule 11 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure filed in the Title Suit No. 975 of 2024 expeditiously. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the defendant no. 1/opposite party no. 1 filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure praying for rejection of the plaint. She submits that the said application is otherwise ready for hearing and the written objection to the said application has already been filed.

From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that September 23, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner further submits that the regular presiding officer is also available. In the light of the submissions made by learned Advocate for the petitioner, CO. No. 3335 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the Learned Civil Judge, 1st Court, Junior Division, at Barasat to take up the hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i.e., on 23rd September, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing and make all endavours to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
