1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that she being the mother in law is in custody for more than two and a half years and she has been falsely implicated in this case. The prosecution, on the other hand, informed that the principal accused being the husband of the victim is still at large.

2. On a careful consideration of the gravity and seriousness of the offence and the complicity of the petitioner in the entire case, this Court is of the view that the detention itself may not be a cause for passing an order of bail in favour of the petitioner when her son is still at large. The prayer for bail is refused.

3. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
