Ghosh ... for the o.p. no.2 The present revisional application has been preferred challenging the proceedings arising out of Baguihati P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021 dated 27.4.2021, wherein chargesheet was submitted under Sections 341/323/325/379 of the IPC.

During pendency of the present revisional application, there has been amicable settlement and compromise between the parties. Earlier a report was called for.

Mr. Anowar Hossain, learned advocate for the State, submitted a report prepared by the Inspector-in-charge,

Baguiati P.S., BDNPC, which is enclosed with a statement and a declaration of one Nitin Himatsingka.

Having regard to the contents of the said report, I am of the view that an amicable settlement has taken place. The nature of the offence do not warrant for further continuance of the proceedings.

Accordingly, all further proceedings arising out of Baguihati P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021 dated 27.4.2021 including the charge-sheet submitted therein pending before the Ld. CJM, Barasat, is hereby quashed.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3312 of 2023 along with CRAN 1 of 2023 is allowed.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. The report so submitted be kept with the record. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court at Calcutta.

Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties, subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
