Despite service the municipality is not represented.

The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner had applied for permission with the municipality for constructing a boundary wall, petitioner's prayer has not been granted and the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2025 has till date not been considered.

Considering the innocuous nature of the relief sought for, I am of the view no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the municipal authority to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.04.2025 in

accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Since no affidavits have been called for from the respondents, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

Let urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
