The petitioner raises certain allegations against the National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC).

This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution, has no jurisdiction to entertain the instant writ petition against the National Projects Construction Corporation Limited (NPCC) as Court of the first instance. The aggrieved party has to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for relief. 3.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable.

However, dismissal of the writ petition will not stand in the way of the petitioner from approaching the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
