This writ petition has been filed by one Sanjoy Das claiming himself to be an advocate practicing before this Court.

Earlier, the petitioner/Sanjoy Das had filed W.P.A.(P) 235 of 2024 and by order dated 28th August, 2024, the said writ petition was dismissed with exemplary costs and in exercise of the power under Rule 61 of the Rules framed for Public Interest Litigation by this Court, the petitioner has been eternally and perpetually barred from filing any public interest litigation.

Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed.
