Masud ...for the State The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction on the part of the Survey Park Police Station in dealing with her complaint dated July 18, 2022 sent by speed post.

The petitioner's grievance is that the mother was induced to inter into a development agreement and issued a general power of attorney.

The complaint at page 93, annexure P-6 to the writ petition does not disclose necessary ingredients of either Section 406 or Section 420 of the IPC. The petitioner shall be at liberty to file an appropriate complaint before the Magistrate under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P.C. in accordance with law indicating his exact grievance.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
