1. Let the order dated September 12, 2025, be corrected in the following manner:

(a) In paragraph (7) of the order, let the last six words be deleted. Instead, it be recorded "it was incumbent on the Court to record reasons in support of the order".

(b) In the last sentence of paragraph (14) of the order, let the phrase "fallen out" be replaced by the phrase "fallen due".

2. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated September 12, 2025.
