Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the second appellate authority/respondent No. 2 in considering and disposing the appeal of the petitioner filed under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and which was filed on 27th April, 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ petition being WPA 21223 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the pending appeal in question in accordance with law, within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.
