Petitioner is in custody for 247 days. It is submitted she has been falsely implicated in the instant. She prays for bail. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner who is the mother-in-law of the victim housewife was present at the matrimonial home where the victim was murdered.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating circumstance and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
