By this writ petition, the petitioner made an innocuous prayer for consideration of his representation dated July 7, 2022, being Annexure P/5 to the writ petition before the respondent concerned.

Considering the submissions of the parties, the WPA 21597 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the respondent concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
