Report of the Command Hospital has finally been received by this Court. The report dated 18.03.2024 issued by the Col., President Med.

Board for Commandant indicates that the petitioner is medically fit for Cubitus Valgus Deformity in Right Arm. 2.

In those circumstances, the respondents shall process the petitioner's application as a medically fit candidate and issue recommendation to any of the CAPFs. A letter of appointment shall be issued to the petitioner thereafter subject to completion of any further formalities by the petitioner and submission of any further documents.

Let the aforesaid process be completed by the respondents within one month from date.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
