The present appeal has been preferred challenging an order dated 4th September, 2025 passed by the learned single Judge in a writ petition, being WPA 20892 of 2025. The learned advocates appearing for the respective parties submit that the writ petition was dismissed by the order impugned in the present appeal, in view of the order dated 2nd September, 2025 passed by the learned single Judge in other writ petitions, being WPA 20845 of 2025, WPA 20861 of 2025, WPA 20863 of 2025 and WPA

20877 of 2025, which were heard analogously and dismissed.

They further submit that the issues involved in the earlier writ petitions and the present writ petition, are identical.

In view thereof, the present appeal would be guided by the order dated 4th September, 2025 passed in MAT 1493 of 2025 and MAT 1496 of 2025 by which we have dismissed the said appeals.

The appeal, being MAT 1508 of 2025 and the connected application, if any, are dismissed. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.) (Tapabrata Chakraborty, J.)
