Learned advocate appearing for the Municipality has, however, submitted a notice dated August 28, 2024, whereby the Municipality excluded the Dormitory cum Marriage Hal at Egra Central Bus Stand by from the notice dated August 20, 2024. In that view of the matter, there cannot be any subsisting grievance of the petitioner.

Let the notice dated August 28, 2024, be kept with the records.

Accordingly, WPA 21804 of 2024 is disposed of.
